Atlas Fragrances (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund, exchange, or return of products purchased from Atlas Fragrances within the European Union (EU).

By placing an order with Atlas Fragrances, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Only products purchased directly from Atlas Fragrances via our official website are eligible for return.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or are not in original condition are not eligible for a refund.

For perfumes, which are considered fragile and sealed products, it is particularly important that the seal is not broken.

2. Refund Requests

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@atlasfragrances.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if the product is damaged or defective

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Atlas Fragrances is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs for the original delivery are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged during shipping.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible only if the product is in stock.

  • Contact info@atlasfragrances.com to request an exchange.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as returns: customer pays unless the product was defective or damaged.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@atlasfragrances.com.

  • Include photos of the damage and your order number.

  • Atlas Fragrances will either replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers

  • Gift cards or promotional items

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Atlas Fragrances is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of eligible products under this policy.

9. EU Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.

  • Consumers in the EU have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receipt (except sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed).

  • Atlas Fragrances complies fully with EU e-commerce regulations.
