Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers, and deliveries of products from Atlas Fragrances, located at Molenwerf 19, Lekkerkerk, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 96425199.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
2. Products
2.1 Atlas Fragrances strives to represent products as accurately as possible. Variations in color, scent, or packaging may occur.
2.2 All products are carefully composed and comply with applicable laws and regulations for perfume products.
2.3 “Products” include perfumes, perfume samples, and related accessories sold by Atlas Fragrances.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
3.2 Atlas Fragrances reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 An order is confirmed via email. The agreement is established after payment is received.
4.2 Payment can be made using the offered payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal.
4.3 Atlas Fragrances reserves the right to refuse an order in case of inaccuracies or suspected misuse.
5. Delivery
5.1 Atlas Fragrances aims to ship products within 2 working days after payment. The delivery term is indicative and not a strict deadline.
5.2 If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed promptly.
5.3 The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon receipt.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Consumers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.
6.2 Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging. Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons may only be returned if unopened.
6.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
6.4 Atlas Fragrances will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
6.5 To initiate a return, customers must contact Atlas Fragrances via email at info@atlasfragrances.com or the contact form on the website, providing proof of purchase.
7. Warranty and Complaints
7.1 Atlas Fragrances guarantees that the products meet reasonable standards of quality and usability.
7.2 Complaints about products must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt via email at info@atlasfragrances.com or the website contact form.
7.3 Only if a complaint is deemed valid, Atlas Fragrances will, at its discretion, provide a replacement product or refund the purchase amount.
7.4 Atlas Fragrances is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of products.
8. Liability
8.1 Atlas Fragrances is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, loss of profit, or missed savings.
8.2 The liability of Atlas Fragrances is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
8.3 Atlas Fragrances is not liable for delays or inability to perform caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation delays, or other events beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All rights to brands, designs, images, and texts of Atlas Fragrances belong to Atlas Fragrances.
9.2 It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use material from Atlas Fragrances without written permission.
10. Privacy
10.1 Atlas Fragrances respects customer privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Applicable Law
11.1 All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law.
11.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved in mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
